Accepted verification methods

Photo & ID Requirements

• Use a valid ID card, passport or driving licence. It must not be expired.

• The document must be signed where applicable.

• All corners and edges must be visible. Fingers must not cover text or important details.

• Photos should preferably be 1.5 MB or larger and taken at the best available quality with clear, readable text. Jpeg 

• Send original photos directly from your mobile photo album. Do not edit the photos.

• Avoid shadows, glare and reflections. Use a light, neutral background and avoid bright windows behind you.

• Where proof of address is required, the name and address should match the supporting PDF/document.

Upload These Items in Your Telegram Group

✓ Front and back of your ID card or driving licence, or the passport information page, photographed clearly against a light background.

✓ A photo of you holding your ID/passport/driving licence. Your arm and elbow must be visible.

✓ A photo of you holding your ID/passport/driving licence together with a blank white sheet of paper. Your arm and elbow must be visible.

✓ Proof of Address / Supporting Document. If it is only Id you have shall address on id have same address as document.

Provide one of the following:

✓ Bank account statement showing the latest transactions 

✓ Electricity bill

✓ Gas bill

✓ Water bill

The document should be the most recent official PDF available and clearly show the required customer details.

Not accepted for this process: 

Mobile-phone bills, or statements from Revolut, Wise or N26.
